Reporting to the Sales Manager, the New Home Sales Consultant contributes to the success and effectiveness of Pacesetter Homes by providing sales expertise. The New Home Sales Consultant is responsible for selling New Homes and providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
Education & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Sales training or relevant sales experience is preferred.
Knowledge of the new home industry and experience in new home sales is an asset.
3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced Customer Service and/or Sales environment is preferred.
Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
Ability to problem solve and adjust workload and timelines based on priority changes.
Understanding of confidentiality requirements relating to New Home Sales.
Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
