Description

Summary: You will be responsible for maximizing our guest's experience by ensuring the cleanliness of linens and laundry for the ., and, when necessary assisting in cleaning in areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum cleanliness of linens to the quality of the Hotel. You will sort, wash and fold all linens, maintain chemical levels and monitor wash systems and sequences. Follow established policies and procedures and represent the Hotel to the guests and other employees in such a way as to enhance the quality of the image of the Hotel. Your duties include ensuring maximum standards of cleanliness in guestrooms, in a timely and efficient manner, to the standards of Country Inn, as well as any other duties requested by supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Ensure Customers are treated as guest in our own home.
Wash all linens as per standards set for the department and maintain chemical levels and monitor wash systems and sequences.
Dry and fold all linens as per correct standards and follow the correct procedures to fold linens.
Completing you all duties in the time frame.
Adhering to any requirement as identified by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Maintain a friendly, professional and productive working relationship with co-workers, management and other Hotel employees through co-operative and effective communication.
Ensure that all maintenance defects are promptly reported to the Executive Housekeeper.
Understand and apply all hotel safety and security procedures as required to maintain a secure and safe work environment for associates and guests.
Attend and participate in all staff meetings
