We are looking for a Receptionist and Operations Support individual to join our team. This role is an entry-level position with the fastest growing tech company in Saskatoon! You will be the first point of contact for our company so we are looking for an applicant who demonstrates professionalism, has excellent communication skills, and has an approachable demeanor. This role is dynamic and can change day to daybe ready to have fun.
Responsibilities
Greeting guests and providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
Answering and redirecting telephone calls
Recording and relaying information
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Completing daily tasks assigned to the Operations team through our internal ticketing system
Performing clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
Assisting in office events and filling in for hospitality coordinator
Performing other clerical related duties related to the reception
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Positive attitude, receptive to fast changing environment, flexible
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and/or as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Strong computer skills, proficient with Mac IOS and Google Suite
Minimum Grade 12 education required
