Duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting clients, scheduling, documentation and correspondence, working with colleagues to create binders and other projects as required. Orientation and training is provided. A confidentiality agreement is a requirement.
Skills Required: Ability to interact professionally, including email composition; proven proficiencies in MS Office, ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
Qualities Required: Confidential, professional, polite, coachable, open, enjoys work, collaborative
Experience Required: Previous administrative experience, interest in finance is an asset
Software Used: MS Office, proprietary software
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 4:30 PM, 30 minute lunch at noon; *arrive 15 minutes early on your first day
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, no heavy lifting
Miscellaneous: Bring your own lunch and water
Pay Rate: TBD; based on skill set and experience. There is a potential for performance-based raises and bonuses.
