Adecco is currently recruiting a Fleet Coordinator to work for one of our top clients located in Regina, SK. The Fleet Coordinator will be required to oversee all vehicles and equipment. Ideal candidate will have at least two years of Fleet Management experience but a combination of of education and experience will be considered.
Job duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead the review of bid submissions to ensure compliance with all requirements and prepare written documentation for purchase approval
- Manage vehicle outfitting contracts to ensure seamless fleet customer service and ongoing technical support.
- Acquiring replacement vehicles on an annual basis and coordinating specialized outfitting to put vehicles into service.
- Requires research into make/model changes, complying with regulatory updates, and monitoring a significant capital budget.
- Authorize service provider repair and maintenance invoices.
- Recommend right sizing of light duty vehicles and construction equipment by ensuring up to date specification data is available.
- Manage vehicle outfitting contracts to ensure seamless fleet customer service and ongoing technical support.
- Lead the review of bid submissions to ensure compliance with all requirements, prepare written documentation for purchase approval.
- Ensure compliance with any and all applicable corporate standards, policies and practices, legislation and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Must have a Class 5 Driver's License and a Clean Driver's Abstract.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.
- Minimum two (2) years fleet management experience.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
The initial term will be until March 31, 2019 with options for extensions for additional five (5) one (1) year terms.
