We are recruiting for an Accounting Administrative Assistant for one of our customers. This has the potential to go long-term and permanent if you are the right individual for the role.
Our customer requires someone who has experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, credit, shipping, receiving, and purchasing. Preferred candidates will have some training in basic accounting and previous experience with Accpac for Windows and Microsoft Office.
There is an administrative component to the job as well in that you will be responsible for the answering of the phone and the day to day office tasks such as filing and data entry.
