Reports to: FOH Manager
Main responsibilities:
-Consistently monitor customers service ensuring that all service standards are met and that the best restaurant experience is provided to all guests.
-Assist the FOH manager in daily duties supervising FOH staff on job assignments, opening and closing duties, scheduling.
Other responsibilities:
-To make certain that restaurant is being kept clean and organized at all times.
-To visit customers tables and talk to them about their experience.
-Perform employees cash outs, discounts and all other regular cash handling procedures.
-To monitor quality and presentation of food and beverages being served are according to
standard.
-To understand and promote new offers and make sure they are consistently followed.
-To coach and help staff to achieve their daily goals for sales, service and standards.
-To assist in restaurant opening and closing duties
-To assist in all Service and FOH activities.
Requirements:
-At least 1 year of previous experience in similar position in Full service restaurant.
-To be able to work on a shift basis.
