Smitty's Petro Canada (located adjacent to HWY-1) is looking for a line cook for a fast-paced restaurant. We are located at 450 North Service Road, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

You must be able to work variety of shifts. Experience in the kitchen is an asset, as well as strong teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook full course meals
- Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions,
Work with minimal supervision
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Work with specialized
cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Wash dishes.
