Duties include, but are not limited to:
General Tasks
Filing Fix current and archived files, relocate old archives, digital filing
Assist with data entry to contract management spreadsheet
Assist with data entry to equipment spreadsheet
Admin support as needed
General Tidiness of office Kitchen & bathroom garbages, paper towel and TP dispensers, cardboard and bottle recycling. Keeping coffee stocked and monitoring of supplies (creamer, sugar, water, etc.)
Ensure whiteboard walls are kept clean in both boardrooms
Office Recycling (confidential shredding and kitchen blue bins)
Reception
Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization (as needed)
Receiving, distributing packages
Shipping of packages (as needed)
Distribution of mail
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, data entry, filing,
Qualities Required: Professional demeanor, efficient, accurate
Software Used: MS Office, WordPress, CRM database
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, 1 hour lunch at noon; *arrive 15 minutes early on your first day
