We are recruiting for energetic File Clerks to fill a variety temporary capacities.
The successful candidate will have a superb attention to detail, will always strive for a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in his/her work, and can adapt to new situations and challenges with ease.
A minimum of 1 year experience with the following is a must:
Responsibilities:
-Use of standard office equipment such as Fax, Photocopier, Scanner, and Computers
-Manual and/or electronic filing procedures - both alphabetical and numerical
-Knowledge of office protocol and procedures
-Maintaining and be in charge of the filing systems in place
-Distributing and finding files
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
-Accurate filing abilities
-Knowledge of administrative procedures
-Excellent attention to detail
-Good organizational and planning skills
-Ability to handle a large volume of work
-Good data management
