Description

Eddie Websters is looking to fill a full time Head Chef / Kitchen Manager position. Eddie's is a locally owned, independent business which allows for a lot of creativity and fresh ideas in all aspects of the restaurant. We produce quality, inspired dishes in a professional & friendly atmosphere.

As Head Chef / Kitchen Manager, you would be responsible for leading the BOH team, communicating with the FOH team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Responsibilities and Duties

Scheduling the BOH team

Completing and controlling inventory

Managing food orders

Costing menu items

Creating new menu items

Keeping up to date with trends and news in the industry

Ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen

Upholding food safety standards

Communicating with the FOH team

Hiring and training employees

Qualifications and Skills

Must have kitchen training & management experience, up to date food safety certificate, valid drivers license, and a passion for great food & service.
