As part of the TCU Team, this position is a sales and service focused position in a call-centre environment. The successful applicant will be passionate about providing outstanding member service and will have the ability to effectively work in a team environment. Will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient telephone service which includes providing information, selling and cross selling products and services, making referrals to TCU specialists and resolving problems and concerns. This will include handling incoming and outbound calls.
The Call Centre Representative position is a full time term position, located in Saskatoon. This position is anticipated to be available until September 2019 and will be scheduled to work evening shifts within the Monday to Saturday hours of operation.
Qualifications:
~ Grade 12, combined with 2 years of experience in a financial institution
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
~ Experience in a call-centre would be considered an asset
Compensation:
The minimum starting wage for this position is $20.85 per hour.
