Ranch Ehrlo Society is realigning HR services and currently seeking a Director of Human Resources, Talent Management and Employee Relations.  This is a very exciting opportunity for a dynamic and service driven leader who is committed to a high performing organization.

The Director of Human Resources is a key member of the Senior Management team and ensures HR programs and services are aligned with the agency's vision, mission and values.  This role provides guidance and manages the overall provision and implementation of related HR services, policies, and programs for the entire organization.  This includes managing all aspects of staffing and recruiting, organizational development, employee relations, performance management and training.  The Director ensures all related programs and services are compliant with legislation and in alignment with the agencys strategic goals and objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:    
    Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field of study is preferred.
    Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible Human Resource experience.
    Experience in strategic planning, project management, talent management, employee relations, and change management.  
    CPHR designation is an asset.
    Change management and/or project management certification is an asset.
