Ranch Ehrlo Society is realigning HR services and is currently looking for a Director of Human Resources, Total Rewards, Systems and Safety.  

Ranch Ehrlo is a large, diverse human services organization with locations in Regina, Pilot Butte, Saskatoon area, Prince Albert and area.  We have a very strong reputation for providing excellent services to meet the needs of vulnerable individuals and families.

The Director of Human Resources ensures HR programs and services are aligned with the agency's vision, mission and values.  This role provides guidance and manages the overall provision and implementation of related HR services, policies, and programs for the entire organization.  This includes managing all aspects of compensation, pension, and health and wellness benefits to ensure compliance and alignment with the agencys strategic goals and objectives.  The Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to advance human resource information systems, and developing human resource analytics and reporting to drive data based organizational and people related decisions.  Also, the Director oversees the provision and implementation of the agencys safety program to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Experience and Qualifications:    
    Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field of study is preferred.
    Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible Human Resource experience.
    Experience in strategic planning, project management, talent management, employee relations, and change management.  
    Safety management certificate/diploma/degree or other related field of study.
    At least two (2) years relevant work experience as a safety manager/director.
    CPHR designation is an asset.
    Change management and/or project management certification is an asset.
