Job Description: The Environmental Services Manager is responsible and accountable for providing direction and control in the area of Housekeeping, Laundry, Linen, and Caretaking for the Saskatchewan Hospital by effectively and efficiently developing, maintaining and delivering such services to patients, residents and families in a Patient and Family Centered care environment. This includes coordinating, providing leadership, and establishing processes in a new Integrated 284 bed Mental Health Hospital combined with a Mental Health Correctional Complex.
Required Qualifications:
Membership in the International Executive Housekeepers Association Inc. or Certification as an Executive Housekeeper would be an asset.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and public relation skills;
Proven administrative, organizational and leadership skills;
Stong analytical and decision making skills with the ability to develop, implement and monitor processes and operations;
Ability to work with others and to develop teams.
Advanced computer skills (specific focus on Microsoft Office applications and CMMS).
Ability to work within a unionized environment.
Experience:
Minimum of five years experience in an administrative role within the Housekeeping Laundry Linen services industry or equivalent.

FTE: 1.00
Hours of Work: In a 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 7.50 hours
