Description

DynaIndustrial specializes in custom designed heavy industrial equipment for the steel industry, off shore oil equipment, mining equipment and pipe mill equipment. DynaIndustrial also services and repairs oil field and mining equipment.

Do you have mechanical experience in an industrial setting? Do you want to use that experience to contribute to great quality results and lead a team of peers at the same time? Our Regina branch is looking to expand our afternoon shift (Monday-Thursday, 330pm-130am) and are seeking a Millwright Lead Hand for this shift. This is a full time, permanent, in shop position where you will supervise a group of five to fifteen individuals as you work alongside them.

We are seeking someone that has the ability to complete work such as;
Rebuild various types of industrial equipment
Suggest proper methods and procedures for the work to be done
Perform work requiring a working knowledge of welding processes and practices
Check tools and equipment regularly and report defects or unusual conditions to supervisor
Operate overhead cranes, forklift and trucks to install or transport materials, equipment and tools
Able to diagnose failure mode and include a written technical report
Measure components to determine repair or replacement needs
Select and source replacement parts as required
Hydraulic system installation and repair
Interpret drawings and sketches; plan working procedure, including tool and material requirements
Organize jobs
Assembly of custom designed industrial and mining equipment that includes mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components
Diagnose failure mode
Disassemble, reassemble, pressure test.

Preferred Qualifications:
Afternoon shift availability
Supervisory experience
Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright with experience relating to industrial, agriculture, hydraulic etc.
