David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to find a Regional Operations Coordinator. Our customer is an industry leading national provider of business services with over 500 hundred regional locations across Canada and a commitment to quality control.
The Role:
Continually strive to improve regional location performance and champion best practice business strategies
Responsible for regional and store level communication with respect to various activities
Establish and implement standards, programs, systems and procedures for all regional locations and monitor individual store compliance
Support new location set-ups and assist with recruiting, training, coaching and growing teams
Travel throughout the region providing support and guidance to location managers
Provide ongoing and as required training and development, personnel management, and succession planning support
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 5 years management experience
Proven operations management, personnel supervision, mentoring and strategic planning expertise
Critical problem solving and analytical skills complemented by competency with tracking, reporting and analyzing business data
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills complemented by extensive training and development experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and motivation to achieve company targets
Valid drivers license, bondable and open to travel throughout the region
