Westcap is currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our professional team in the role of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will have an outgoing, positive personality with a calm, courteous and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact with clients in person and over the phone; respond to and direct questions and enquiries
- Prepare and send a variety of correspondence
- Manage, distribute and coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Carry out manual and electronic filing of documents and reports
- Make travel arrangements and book appointments
- Maintain calendar for meeting rooms and assist with room preparation and catering
Qualifications:
- Extensive technical skills using MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of general office protocol and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar position would be preferred
- Completion of an office administrative course from a recognized business college
