Description

Aldon Oils Ltd. is an E&P company based in Weyburn, Saskatchewan with operations in SE Saskatchewan. The company has an exciting opportunity available for a Land Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of contact administration.  This role requires a working knowledge of oil and gas agreements and outstanding communication skills to help build and maintain strong working relationships

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Ensure Land Assets are protected, obligations are met and all relevant Land records have a high degree of accuracy
-Responsible for the setup and maintenance of records in CS Explorer.
-Assisting with A&D projects as required.
-Negotiation of mineral and surface leases.

Qualifications and Experience

-Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Land Analysts role
-Strong working knowledge of CAPL Procedures and industry agreements.
-Proficient with CS Explorer, Word, Excel and GeoScout.
-Effective verbal and written communication skills with acute attention to detail
-Professional, team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain partnerships
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a deadline driven environment

Education

-Graduate of a recognized Land program preferred or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
