Adecco is currently recruiting for one of their top clients for a Administrative Clerk to work in Regina, SK to provide administrative and reception services.
Job duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide superior customer service
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries; re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages; greet and assist all visitors
- Respond to all general inquiries
- Register and confirm students for classes, payment collection, assist with class set up and take down, issue certificates and passports
- Data Entry
- Register students, payment collection, establish ID's, assist students, issue cards
- Provide billing information to accounting
- Provide information for monthly reconciliation of all courses.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm and Friday 8am - 4pm
