WHAT YOU WILL DO FOR US:
- Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and advertisement
- Perform clerical duties
- Assist management with the completion of daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Maintain awareness of local market trends and conditions
- Tenant retention
- Process transactions and provide payment receipts
- Be an active listener to accommodate the clients needs
- Assist all team members as requested and required
- Participate and assist with Resident Appreciation Events
