We seek people who are able to:
** Deliver excellent customer service
** Answer telephones in a courteous and friendly manner
** Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical services
** Provide proper service quotes and receiving customer authorization for work to be performed on customer vehicles, finalizing sales, and completing customer follow up
** Ensuring that all products are billed accurately to the customer
** Assist with inventory control including inventory counts

What does it take to get on track?
** Mechanical and tire knowledge would be an asset
** Hold a valid driver's license and able to provide a clean drivers abstract
** We are looking for people who initiate action and inspire others to achieve the organizations mission
** A successful applicant will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
** The successful applicant will enthusiastically support and cooperate with customers to develop effective solutions
