Maintain customer and supplier accounts.
Requisition supplies and materials. Ensure appropriate merchandise is ordered and
properly presented to maximize sales and profits.
Ensure merchandise is priced correctly and competitively.
Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies,
locate, select and procure merchandise for resale and resolve customer complaints.
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
Monitor the level of customer service and satisfaction and take action as required to
address issues.
