CUSTOMER SERVICE IS #1
Candidates must have:

Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Help customers load bottles/ salt and any other products
- Answer phones and direct call as required
- Tend to customers in the store, by phone and email in a professional and courteous manner
- All Front Retail Duties, stock and price retail items, maintain cleanliness and appearance of store front on a daily basis.
- Open store
- Close store including but not limited to proper cash out procedure at end of day and drivers cash out.
- Enter invoices as needed.
- Maintain customer, employee and truck records.
- Assist the Safety Officer with maintaining all truck and employee records.
- Check e-mails and direct to appropriate departments.
- Communicate with drivers and coordinate call-in deliveries.
- Assure weekly routes are set for delivery drivers.
- Assist accounting department as requested including month end and delinquent accounts.
- Assur all deliveries have been assigned to drivers and completed accordingly.
- Coordinate with drivers every morning to assure everyone is aware of the plan for the day.
- Call any missed or re-scheduled customers to inform of any changes.
