K3 Excavating Ltd. is currently hiring a Part Time Office Clerk/Receptionist using Quick Books.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum one year experience with Quick books
- Diploma or degree is an asset
- Must have a valid class 5 drivers licence
- Must be personable and self-motivated
- Must be experienced with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Mail distribution
- Answering phones and distribute messages
- Emails (Incoming and Outgoing)
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling
- Reporting GST and PST as per Government guideline
- Payroll
- Reception/Customer Service
- Quick books
Wage:
- Depending on education and experience
