Handy Special Events is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team in a term position. If you are an enthusiastic and energetic person with a positive attitude, an eye for detail and enjoy variety then apply today!
This term position would be for approximately 12-18 months. We offer an exceptional compensation package which includes full benefits after 3 months, free parking and employee discounts.
The position includes general office administration duties and assistance in various areas like Human Resources, Marketing, I.T. and Accounting (experience with Accounts Payable and ACCPAC is an asset), excellent oral and written communication skills and proven organizational and time management skills.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong customer service focus and will assist the COO and Accountant with a variety of administrative duties such as preparing documents, data entry, ordering supplies, and supporting the team where needed.
