Description

Premier Collision Center - Moose Jaw's largest, state of the art Elite certified SGI Collision Center - is growing and looking for an Estimator and Production Supervisor to add to our team! We service all makes and models, with the newest in technology and equipment. We're searching for an excellent communicator, who is organized, and has experience managing and leading a team.

This is a hybrid position where a motivated, diligent person will take on estimating vehicles as well as supervising technicians and production in the shop. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and can handle multiple priorities at once.

What You'll Do:
Conduct Mitchell Estimates on all vehicles coming in to the shop to assess damage and create a report
Review appraisals with technicians and explain any special instructions as required
Follow up on repairs to ensure prompt, quality service
Communicate information between front office, customers, and technicians
Oversee daily and weekly scheduling of work, and assign work to technicians
Stay informed on new repair processes and facilitate training, as required
Hire, train, and develop direct reports
Conduct weekly technicians meetings to communicate valuable information to technicians

What You'll Need:
Experience in collision estimating and repair is an asset
Icar training is an asset
Knowledge of Mitchell Estimating system
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Valid driver's license
