What can you expect in this role?
As the Client Care Coordinator, youll be our first line of contact for all client inquiries by phone, email, live chat, social media and e-commerce. Your effective communication skills support you in transitioning between these different avenues of sharing information with clients effortlessly.
You will assist with completing online orders, ensuring seamless completion and delivery of orders while building a lasting connection with clients. You will work some evening and weekends as required but, can do these from the comfort of your own home!
What do you need to apply?
You have more than a year of experience in client focused roles and believe in providing exceptional service. Your skills using the Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google platforms will support your success in this role.
