Pioneer Co-op is looking for a Bakery Manager who will be responsible for a $2.1 Million operation. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual who will be involved in all aspects of managing the department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing and implementing the yearly budget; ensure all related paperwork is completed.
Ensuring merchandising, product and facility image are at the highest standards.
Provide strong leadership and support to all Team Members.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Co-op Bakery Management is an asset.
- Experience in procurement of merchandise and commercial scratch baking.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, outgoing and energetic personality.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Physically able to do heavy lifting.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings & weekends when required.
- Willingness to further knowledge through training.
