Based at our Bethune mine, the Senior Buyer will provide support to the Purchasing function and will be responsible for the purchase of goods, materials and services. The Senior Buyer will ensure that the companys operational needs are met while taking into consideration; price, quality, technical requirements, and delivery to ensure continuity of supply. Strong interface and relationship management with external suppliers and internal groups shall be maintained to ensure all aspects of supply chain are reviewed and maintained. The Senior Buyer is an integral member of the Procurement team and has responsibility for major project, leads by example, and mentors less senior employees.
