Looking for flexible, mature and responsible individuals to take care of a quadriplegic in a wheelchair. Ultimately a live-in position would be ideal offering $1000-$2000 a month and free rent but if not found individuals can come in $15-$17 an hour. looking for mainly meal preparation in the afternoon, to get the individual out of his wheelchair for a nap and also evening care. This requires somebody to reposition him and help him go to the bathroom throughout the evening usually happens once maybe twice. You can sleep as long as you can wake up when he needs you to. If you are selected you would also be required to work every second weekend as well unless the schedule changes.
Individuals must have some experience and must have knowledge of suppositories and self-cathing. Other job duties are to assist him with grooming, showers, bowel/bladder care, driving to and from appointments, companion for events, or other things that he chooses to do that he needs help throughout the day was. He has a ceiling track and is in the manual wheelchair can get around on his home fairly well.
