In this position, you will lead the development of all training programs, products and services offered by the SHSA. With a focus on workplace health and safety education, you will design and improve existing/new products and services.
Job Duties:
- Develop effective training/education programs, utilizing innovative technology, for workplace health and safety to supervisors, managers, and executive levels of client organizations.
- Participate in the review and assessment of training programs and services to improve quality, timeliness, and overall customer experience.
- Provide training and support to advisors and other staff for the delivery of products developed.
Education and Experience:
- A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution specializing in business administration or education with at least seven years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to design and develop training programs.
- Demonstrates organizational & planning abilities and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Experience as a teacher or trainer is an asset.
