Applications are invited for a full-time permanent (8 hrs/day) Certified Caretaking position in the North East School Division with placement at Melfort & Unit Comprehensive Collegiate. The start date for this position will be as soon as mutually agreed upon. Hours of work will be 3:30 p.m. to 12 midnight. Non-school days will be 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualification Grade 12 or equivalent.
Valid Firemans Certificate is required.
Valid class 5 Drivers License.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
Knowledge of the cleaning and minor maintenance of school buildings and grounds.
Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Physically capable of lifting, bending, twisting, turning and climbing.
Be willing to join the Local CUPE 4875 union.
