Our busy office in Regina currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Intermediate IT Support Technician. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for working within a team to support all aspects of the IT environment across our extensive customer base.

This includes installing and supporting, servers, storage, personal computers, printers, associated software, and communication links both in person and remotely.  The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with end users that have a wide-ranging technology comprehension.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have a combination of these qualities:

    3+ years of experience with servers, networks, and virtualization.
    3+ years of experience supporting personal computers and printers
    Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
    Experience with securing data, network access and backup systems
    Solid troubleshooting skills
    Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
    Quick learner
    Industry certifications related to the above are a definite asset
    Apple experience would be an asset

To be considered for this role candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada and either located in Regina or be able to relocate upon award of the position.
