Description

Haztech has openings for ADVANCED CARE PARAMEDICS to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis.  In this role you would be providing care on an industrial site and working a turnaround schedule of 6 days on  1 day off.  Industrial or construction experience is a significant asset.

POSITION AND SCOPE

As a member of Haztech's Advanced Life Support team, you will be responsible to assess and treat patients healthcare needs.  You will administer care to ill, injured, convalescent and disabled patients.  Your wealth of knowledge will be relied upon to advise patients of their health care maintenance, disease prevention, and provide occupational health case management.  You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company while providing a safe and positive work environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- ACP license in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
- ACP License in Manitoba
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificate
- International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) certificate
- Class 4 drivers license
- Experience providing care in remote industrial/construction areas an asset
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic personality
