Description

Responsibilities:
Management:
Oversee the day to day operation of the gas station.
Complete and communicate the staff schedule.
Promptly and accurately complete all back office paperwork on a daily basis.
Accurately count and verify daily cash and prepare it for deposit.
Maintain stock and order for all products, completing cycle counts and weekly orders.
Receive and check all incoming orders utilizing a plan-o-gram to ensure product is placed in the correct location.
Conduct monthly safety inspection of the gas station ensuring any issues are promptly reported and resolved.
Responsible for driving site success on Monthly Key Performance Indicators.
Coach and encourage staff to go above and beyond, both in customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
Rapidly communicate all new promotions and campaigns to staff to ensure they have the tools to successfully up-sell and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Act as site level expert on all systems.
Conduct effective training for all new sales associates in customer service, point of sale systems and site policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
Exceptional point of sale customer service.
Enthusiastic approach to up-selling and assisting customers
Vigilant and constant observation to ensure safety on site at all times.
Accurate and quick execution of shift and day closing activities (Counting till and running standard report).
Consistent adherence to all site level policies and procedures.
Clean and maintain the site including but not limited to, sweeping and mopping floors, changing garbage's, cleaning gas pumps etc.
Diligently stock and rotate all store products on shelves and in coolers.
Routinely check expiry dates on products and remove expired product from shelves.
Working Conditions:
Standing for 8 hours a day.
Operating various point of sale and computer systems independently.
Working alone for the majority of your shift.
Fast paced customer service environment.
