Main Duties:
The ERH Coordinator will provide direct supervision of the child care personnel
The ERH Coordinator will ensure behaviour management standards are being followed
ERH Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling child care personnel, arranging medical appointments & transportation for clients
Provide coaching and mentoring of child care personnel
Ensuring risk reviews, safety contracts and safety plans are in place.
Implement program policies and operating standards that conform to the principles of best and effective practice approved by TCFS Inc. maintain knowledge of the program and practice standards approved by the TCFS Board of Directors
Maintain an effective and positive relationship between the program and external partners involved in the lives of the children in care.
Adhere to all TCFS Inc. policy & procedure manuals
Attendance at staff meetings, training and workshops
Other duties as requested by immediate supervisor or designate
Education:
Youth Care Worker Diploma and/or combination of relevant education, training and/or experience
2-3 years supervisory experience
2-3 years business administration experience
