Description

Senior lady living at home needs a CASUAL companion/care aide.

You would fill in when the regular care aide is sick, or away at appointments.  
Must be available to work between 9 am and 5 pm
on 7 days of the week if needed for a casual call in.

RURAL location is 15 minutes outside of Moose Jaw on the highway.

You must be a NON SMOKER, and live in a non smoking home.  You must also come to work scent free, no scented deodorants, body wash, laundry soap, etc.  
SCENT FREE ENVIRONMENT.

You do not come to work if you have or are getting a cold, flu, cough, or have been around someone that is sick.

Duties:
Making light meals, light house cleaning, going for walks and watching tv with senior lady, walking to the barn and helping feed the barn cats and chickens, helping her put her winter coat and mitts on to go outside.  
Talking and providing companionship.
On occasion using your vehicle to drive her to Moose Jaw to visit her brother.
In the summer cutting grass with the push lawn mower.

Senior lady is fairly active and needs no personal care such as bathing, etch.  She does have significant vascular dementia and requires that she be kept safe.

Rate of pay:  $16 per hour plus a gas allowance
paid 2x month on the 16th and the  1st.

The person hired will need to provide a =CLEAN criminal record check for the vulnerable sector, and have your own vehicle, plus a way to get to work if your vehicle does not start.

If you are a mature female or senior citizen female that would be an asset.
