Description

As part of the corporate management team, you provide high-level direction and strategic leadership for the Parts operations of the organization to maximize return on investment through parts sales growth and the effective management of inventories, staffing and budgets. As a leader you effectively engage, motivate and inspire department personnel.This position is based out of Avonlea but consideration for Estevan is a possibility.

Financial understanding analyzing and interpreting reports and results

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience managing agriculture Parts Department operations with proven profitable results
Proven understanding of financial principles relative to ag dealership operations and able to analyze and interpret financial data
Knowledgeable with inventory systems specifically in an agriculture dealership
Knowledgeable with John Deere parts and products, training opportunities and competitor parts offerings preferred
Technologically savvy
Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
Associates degree or equivalent experience; Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
