We will depend on you to make sure that our customers have an exceptional experience by:

    Gathering customer information by asking questions in order to diagnose and troubleshoot handset issues and recommend the best solution.
    Complete assigned warranty service requests within the guidelines of company policy.
    Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics to determine when a product requires service and/or repair as well as advising customers on various service programs, return procedures, servicing options and creation of RMA orders.
    Providing instructions and training to internal and external customers on the proper use of device features.
    Answering phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
    Monitor and respond to email and voice mail messages daily
    Staying up to date with the latest and greatest in wireless technology

Requirements:
    Knowledge of the wireless communications industry is an asset, but we are more interested in your positive attitude and drive to succeed
    Excellent technical and problem solving skills
    Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    Must be able to work in a fast-paced, continually changing work environment
