We are seeking an individual for the position of Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in our Yorkton, SK manufacturing facility.
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Assurance Program at all Morris locations and facilities to meet corporate quality goals and objectives. This position will develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures, coordinate and assist with audits, complete component inspections, and participate in quality assurance meetings with other departments to address any issues and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 system administration
- Knowledge and experience with TQM (Total Quality Management) systems would be an asset
- Computer literacy in Baan (or another ERP system, CCM (Capability maturity Model) operation, Windchill, ProE, Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and project management
- Post-secondary education as a Civil Technologies or Engineering background would be an asset
- Knowledge of current farming practices (dry land and tillage) and seeding equipment technology would be an asset
