What can you expect in this role?
As the Technology Manager, youll manage the development of the Technology Team by providing coaching, training and mentorship to the team. Youll explore new opportunities for technology development and partnerships to improve data management strategies, streamline business communication and enhance the customer experience. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will help you research, evaluate and implement technology that aligns to Hillberg & Berks Strategic Plan.
Youll report to the Chief Marketing Officer and use your exceptional communication skills and business acumen to work effectively with all areas of the business in order to quickly identify possible efficiencies. You will devise strategies for continuous improvement of technology performance and serve as a subject matter expert for your area; including planning, sourcing, purchasing, tracking and analyzing technologies to identify opportunities for cost saving and innovation.
What do you need to apply?
You have more than 5 years experience leading in a growing technology environment as well as a Bachelor's or graduate degree in relevant subject. Experience in business intelligence, omni-channel software and ERP implementation is an asset.
