Duties and Responsibilities
Determine each customers vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions. Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions
Report to the vehicle Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.
Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
