SeedMaster is looking for a qualified individual who will work closely with our sales team members, as the Sales Coordinator reporting to the Corporate Sales  Support Manager.

This position is responsible for providing support primarily to the Sales Team and Management. This role is integral in helping SeedMaster achieve sales and profitability objectives. The position also acts as a bridge between the Company and its current and prospective customers and dealers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Conducts annual review of parts pricing and updates Salesforce and/or Intuitive as required
    Salesforce Administration including, but not limited to, managing users, data, reports, etc.
    Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
    Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
    Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
    Attendance at Tradeshows as required, which may include travel in and outside of Canada

QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum Grade Twelve diploma
    Proven experience in sales; experience as a Sales Coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered an asset
    Minimum one-year previous supervisory experience
    Strong customer service orientation with proficient attention to detail
    Ability to prioritize workload and plan work activities
    Strong communication, multi-tasking and negotiation skills required
    Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs
