Description

Hourly wage 16/hour for 24 hours a week plus Commission after 20,000 in sales.  
The position is for a seriously motivated sales person who will be provided with vehicle and gas, all sales and marketing materials, many leads, networking opportunities and support.  Opportunity to go full commission after probation period and training is complete.  
Budget Blinds is North America's Largest Window Covering Retailer. As we continue to grow here in the Yorkton Area, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and eager candidate to fill our position as a Window Coverings Design Consultant.

- Be open-minded with a willingness to learn
- Be self-driven, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision and highly motivated
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and good computer skills
- 2 years Sales experience
- Possess a creative mind with a definite interest in Interior Design / Window Treatments
- Be detail oriented
- Possess an aptitude for using a tape measure / laser measuring tool/ drill / level
- Be capable of relating one on one with clients and conducting In-Home Consultations
- Be able to identify the clients needs and provide solutions based on form, fit, function, and budget
- Be available to work flexible hours
- Possess a valid Drivers Licence and a clean driving record
Our operating area includes Yorkton and area, up to Nipawin, Tisdale and Melfort.    Scheduling is flexible, based on the availability of the clients and yourself. You are provided with a great opportunity to be creative while maintaining a good Work / Life balance. There may be some weekend and evening work required.
Training will be provided in all facets of the job including: Product knowledge, measurement techniques, product & service quoting, invoice preparation, and sales support.
