Job Order Detail

Description

Duties include but not limited to:
    Scheduled and Coordinate Vehicle Appointments
    Order Required Part and Supplies required for Appointments
    Supervision of Daily Operations
    Stock Inventory Management by order, receive and track
    Communicate with Customers in a courteous professional manner
    Arrange pick up/ drop off if necessary
    Use of Mitchell Shop Management Program, research as necessary using available programs
    Ensure Data Entry is completed
    Ensure all work has been completed and processed, notify customer and handle payment
    Complete and ensure all work in accordance of OHS
    Participate and ensure all safety initiatives as required
    Work Directly with manufactures on custom order, promotions etc
    Work in a fast-paced environment
    The ability to excel in a physically demanding environment that includes heavy lifting and moving constantly throughout your shift.
    Ability to adapt to change

Requirements:
Knowledge of vehicle systems
2 years + experience
Class 5 Driver's License
Recent Driver's Abstract
Ability to work independently and in group settings
