Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

    Accounting  Computerized Accounting Applications (Quick Books)
o    Account payables
o    Account receivables
o    Payroll
o    Maintenance and administration of government funding contracts
o    Bank Reconciliation

    Event Coordination
o    Organize and coordinate Annual National Convention and Show & Sale
o    Organize and implement  International Trade Shows

    Administrative Support: responsible for managing daily office operations
o    Create, compile and maintain national databases
o    General reception and clerical duties
o    Prepare, organize, edit documents, reports and presentations
o    Organize, schedule meetings, record minutes
o    Provide support to membership,  Executive Director,  Board of Directors and  Committees
o    Manage special projects & programs
o    Prepare and publish quarterly newsletter
o    Coordinate  quarterly magazine publication

This position is considered full time with the potential for some flexibility.

Knowledge of the Agriculture industry is an asset but not mandatory.
