The Sheraton Cavalier Hotel is recruiting for a houseperson for our Housekeeping team. This position will be 4-5 shifts per week as long as the individual is flexible with availability as hours will vary and involve weekends. The position entails stocking linens, towels, amenities to attendant storage rooms on the floors, changing out duvets, delivery of stock to housekeeping, variety of cleaning tasks. Prior hotel experience is an asset.

- Wax and polish floors
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Sweep, mop and wash floors
- Stock linen closet
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Dust furniture
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
- Make beds and change sheets
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Provide basic information on facilities
