Complete routine service as per manufacturers recommendations.
PDI units as per manufacturers recommendations.
Troubleshoot drivability issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
Install accessories as required.
Perform basic service tasks as assigned by the Service Manager or Service Department Foreman.
Develop skills in removal, disassembly, and reconditioning of components.

Experience with inboard engines (Ford, Chev).
Experience with outboard engines (Evinrude, Mercury).
Computer & electrical skills.
Ability to troubleshoot our products (MasterCraft and Skiers Choice wakesport boats, Bennington and Manitou pontoon boats).
Ability to work as a team member, with the initiative to work unsupervised.
Courteousness, professionalism & a positive attitude.
Willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
Marine Certification by a recognized institution preferred.
