FineLine Developments Inc. is Saskatoon general contractor that specializes in home developments and renovations with a European flair. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured.
The team is currently looking to hire an Administrator Assistant/ bookkeeper (full-time) for the Saskatoon showroom/office. Industry Experience is an asset, but not necessary as we are willing to train the successful candidate.
-Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
-Providing Administrative Support to Estimating Team, Project Managers, and Project Sites
-Energetic, self-motivated and disciplined, goal oriented and efficient
-Strong organizational skills
-Willingness to learn unique administrative skills particular to our organization
-Skilled communicator, excels in group situations
-Willing and able to accept responsibility
-Present a positive and constructive attitude
-Show an aptitude for general accounting tasks
Tasks:
-Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Word & Excel) and general Internet applications
-Knowledge and use of Quickbook Online
- 2020 / autoCad/ IKEA plan experience an asset
-Social Media experience an asset
-Above average telephone skills - ability to answer, screen, forward calls as appropriate
-Monitor office supplies
-Clerical duties such as filing, opening and distributing mail, sending mail
-General use and maintenance of office machines such as printers, copiers, etc.
